Let's Evolve: Mask Off

Now that I've name the cycle of how I use journaling to expand and evolve (Reciprocal Journaling Practice) I can consciouly apply it where I'm stuck. This is why being your own cartographer and naming things matters. Now that I have a name and that I understand my mind more, I'm equipped to be more intentional.


With what? With navigating social landscapes.


I wont' go into detail about it here. But being a person is hard. We all have masks on to some degree or another and I want to live fully without it so I'm going to use my Reciprocal Journaling Practice cycle to address that.
